The story takes place in the desolate Iranian ghost-town Bad City and follows Arash, a young man burdened by his heroin-addicted father, as he navigates a bleak existence overshadowed by a ruthless drug dealer. Meanwhile, a mysterious chādor-clad woman stalks the streets at night with her skateboard, preying on the town’s seedy inhabitants.
