Sierra Stages presents The Music Man, the classic Meredith Willson musical about small-town America in the early 20th Century. River City has Trouble with a capital "T", and Harold Hill arrives in the nick of time with a solution -- form a boys' band. In the process, this music man transforms the town ... and himself into an honest man. One of the greatest musicals of all time, The Music Man features great songs, such as "Ya Got Trouble", "Marian the Librarian", "My White Knight", "Till There Was You", and of course, "76 Trombones". The show is directed by Jeffrey Mason, with musical direction by Ken Getz and dance direction by George Jayne.
Tickets are available online at www.SierraStages.org and at the Nevada City Box Office at the Miners Foundry (265-5462) and Briar Patch Co-op in Grass Valley.
